I took this photo at the farmers’ market the same day I took this one. What caught my attention in passing close to the table was not only the mix of colors, but also that of shapes.

BlackWhiteWednesdayFinalOriginalLogoThis is my submission to week #16 edition of Black and White Wednesday – A Culinary Photography Event created by Susan of The Well-Seasoned Cook. Savoring the weekly gallery is highly recommended: it’s a very special mid-week treat.

The photo was shot in color and then converted to sepia.

This post contains the gallery of photos submitted to the event.

  1. Ciao Paz. As in the case of a previous photo I posted for BWW, sometimes farmers create very nice color and shape compositions when arranging their products. I love to be able to capture some of those.

  2. Hi Lynne. I tried the sepia setting and liked it for the same reason: it makes the photo feel antique and the subject does not dispel the impression.
