The original plan was to post the details of how to make the heart-shaped cheese (formaggio a forma di cuore) above today, but I had and have other tasks to attend to and so, in the meantime, I am sharing a photo to whet your appetite (far venire l’acquolina in bocca).

What an unusual combination, dukkah and cocoa nibs. It must be truly delicious.
For someone who is never at a loss for words, the only one I can think of is WOW! This is probably the most creative valentine I have seen this year.
Ciao Caffettiera. It works and the top is to spread the cheese on pumpkin scones flavored with ginger and curry.
